Over the weekend, Facebook took down a message by the Special Operations Speaks PAC (SOS) which highlighted the fact that Obama denied backup to the forces being overrun in Benghazi.
The message was contained in a meme which demonstrated how Obama had relied on the SEALS when he was ready to let them get Osama bin Laden, and how he had turned around and denied them when they called for backup on Sept 11.
Larry Ward, president of Political Media, Inc -- the media company that handles SOS postings and media production. Ward was the one who personally put the Navy SEAL meme up, and the one who received the warning from Facebook and an eventual 24 hour suspension from Facebook because Ward put the meme back up after Facebook told him to take it down.
Once the meme was up it garnered 30,000 shares, approx. 24,000 likes, and was read by hundreds of thousands of people -- all within 24 hrs. On Sunday, I went into the SOS Facebook page to post something else and found a warning from Facebook that we had violated Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities with our meme.
Ward said Facebook pulled the re-posted meme down within 7 or 8 hours and suspended the SOS account for 24 hours.
In other words, Facebook put the Navy SEALS in timeout in order to shield Obama.

Battery maker A123 Systems vowed thousands of new jobs when it received a nearly quarter-billion-dollar stimulus grant in late 2009, but federal job-tracking figures show only a few hundred positions were created before the company joined a growing list of federally backed energy businesses that ended in bankruptcy.
The latest quarterly report on file with a federal stimulus tracking database shows just seven positions created through the grant from April to June this year. Previous quarters’ job reports contained anywhere from a handful of positions created to more than 100 new jobs.
But even when the quarterly reports are combined, a total of 408 new positions were reported under the stimulus program since 2009, amounting to more than $300,000 spent for each new job reported.

A casket floated out of the grave in a cemetery in Crisfield, Md. after the effects of superstorm Sandy Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012. Hundreds of people were displaced by floodwaters in Ocean City and in Crisfield. Authorities are investigating two thefts of more than 80,000 pounds of walnuts from Northern California valued at about $300,000.
The Tehama County Sheriff's Office received a call from a freight brokerage firm on Friday reporting that a 40,000-pound truckload of walnuts never arrived in Miami as they were supposed to.
Authorities believe the culprit is the same person who also picked up another load of walnuts (each load weighing 40,000 pounds) days earlier from Los Molinos. Those walnuts were intended for Texas, but also disappeared.
Deputies say
the man who picked those walnuts up was not the person hired for the job. They have not identified the suspect although they do have a suspect description.

The former Bengals cheerleader who admitted to sleeping with her underage student is bringing her special talent to your living room.
Sarah Jones, now 27, will star in her own reality show ,the New York Daily News reports.
Jones has admitted having sex with a 17-year-old former student while she was a teacher at a northern Kentucky high school.

In an email to WLWT, Jones' attorney Eric Deters said, "Sarah Jones does NOT have a reality show, plans or discussions about one.
This report is false.
CBS reports that the creators of MTV's "Jersey Shore" approached Jones with a proposal to star in her own series. Further details are unclear.
