Brian Dyer is accused of embezzling and misusing over $10,578 in public money. It was money intended to benefit students. Instead, he spent it on himself.
Dyer is also facing charges of falsifying public documents which allowed him to give a school coach $2,497 in extra compensation. Dyer's being charge with five felonies.
