PHOENIX (AP) _ Phoenix police say they've arrested two men in the killings of two people shot in an apartment where a 4-month-old baby was found unhurt.
Police identify those arrested as 24-year-old Richard Luzania and 20-year-old Christian Arguelles.
Both were booked into a Maricopa County jail Wednesday on charges of first-degree murder and other crimes.
According to police, Luzania is a former boyfriend of one of the victims, 20-year-old Alexis Garcia. The other victim is identified as 17-year-old Fabian Valenzuela.
Police say officers went to the apartment Tuesday morning in response to a call about shots fired.
The child was turned over to Child Protective Services.
