A Mesa cab driver is accused of waiving fares for female passengers in exchange for sexual favors.
Eric Vincent, who was a driver for Discount Cab, allegedly made these offers to two passengers on separate occasions in February. Both passengers reported the incidents to Mesa Police, who tracked down the driver.
Mesa police arrested Vincent for two counts of Solicitation of Prostitution and one count of Sexual Abuse after he admitted to propositioning the women.
