A $2,000 reward offered for information leading to arrests of those who killed a woman and wounded three others in a drive-by shooting in south Phoenix earlier this month. Police say 51-year-old Sandra Johnson died after being struck by gunfire on Feb. 1 from a dark green 2007 Ford Expedition carrying four men.
