Officer Peter "Chris" Bennett continues to recover and the man who is accused of shooting him has bond set at $1 Million
A Maricopa County Judge set bond at $1 million for Brandon McCabe, accused of shooting officer Peter "Chris" Bennett several times January 6th.
New court paperwork released details of how McCabe did not follow officer Bennett's orders. He ran, shot and then stood over Officer Bennett firing more shots.
Officer Bennett was hit in his chin, hip and left arm. Two rounds hit his bullet proof vest, another went through a pant leg.
McCabe will be back in court January 17th.
