Tashawn Cheatham told police that 13 year old Briana Naylor asked him to kill her
19-year-old Tashawn Cheatham told police that Briana Naylor asked him to help strangle her. He claims Naylor pulled one end of a bed sheet that was around her neck and he pulled the other end until she stopped moving. Cheatham then admits to setting fire to the girl's Phoenix home.
Cheatham plead not guilty as he stood in front of a judge Thursday at his arraignment.
He remains in jail on a $1-million dollar bond charged with first-degree murder, arson and theft.
