The 911 call came in on Tuesday evening.
Authorities are investigating the death of a 6-year-old Maricopa boy, who was found under water in a bathtub at his home on Christmas Day.
Maricopa police say a relative called 911 Tuesday evening.
Paramedics were able to revive the child and take him to a Mesa hospital, where he died.
The name of the child hasn't been released as of Wednesday.
The town of Maricopa is west of Phoenix.
