19-year-old man arrested in the case.
Tashawn Cheatham is in custody at the Maricopa County Jail.
He faces charges of first-degree murder, arson and theft.
Police say Cheatham is a family friend of Briana Naylor, who died Thursday in the suspicious blaze at her home in Phoenix.
