A dangerous inmate who escaped from a Phoenix prison has been captured.
Adan Orduno Jr. was arrested in downtown Phoenix Sunday evening.
Maricopa County Sheriff's investigators say he tore open a hole in the ceiling of his cell at the Lower Buckeye Jail and made his way into a crawl space. That led him to a fence that he climbed to escape.
Orduno was being held on attempted murder and robbery charges.
He now faces additional charges for attempted escape.
