Johnson's attorney says he may consider putting his client on the witness stand in her own defense.
He says he will consult with his client, but that the final decision will be entirely up to her.
The prosecution has just finished presenting its case against Johnson, who's on trial for kidnapping and custodial interference.
The defense is expected to present its side to jurors in about two weeks.
Johnson's eight-month-old son is missing and presumed dead.
