Arizona Senator Jon Kyl believes the first debate could set the tone in the race for the White House.
Kyl says both Romney and Obama are strong, charasmatic leaders.
He tells Fox 10 that he believes a key issue in the debates will be providing clarity to the American people about taxing the rich.
Kyl says Democrats are portraying the wealthy as large corporations, but in reality are specifically targeting small business owners who are the backbone of America for creating jobs.
The first debate is scheduled for Wednesday in Denver.
