All signs point to murder.
Police are investigating a case involving a body found in a popular Phoenix park and all signs point to murder.
Officers say a passerby reported finding the man's body at about 6 p.m. in Steele Indian School Park on Sunday. An Officer found him lying dead next to a picnic bench, and have closed the park to investigate.
Police say they believe, based on the man's injuries, that a struggle preceded his death. A cause of death or detail of injures have not been released.
The victim's identity hasn't been released, but police say he was a white male in his 30s.
Detectives are seeking the public's help, saying someone might have seen or heard something that could help the investigation.
