Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery says anyone who opens a facility to sell, grow, or distribute pot will be prosecuted. He intends to send a letter next week to local law enforcement outlining his expectations. Montgomery says his interpretation of the law is anyone who grows marijuana whether it is an individual, caregiver, or dispensary is committing a crime.
