Wife busted for not reporting abuse.
Phoenix police says a 10-year-old victim came forward and said Brian Edmund Dicamillo, 39, showed him porn on a computer and also offered him money to play a game and have sex with him.
The victim became afraid of Mr. Dicamillo and fled the home. The boy immediately disclosed to his parents what had occurred.
Upon investigating, police learned that for the past two years, Dicamillo allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with his 6-year-old son. The boy's mom, Jennifer Dicamillo, tells police she recently witnessed her husband sexually abusing her son several times. On these occasions the suspect reportedly advised Jennifer Dicamillo that “he would not do it again”.
Jennifer Dicamillo was booked into jail for failure to report the abuse and protect her son.
Both Brian and Jennifer are employees of the Deer Valley Unified School District. Brian is a school bus driver.
