Victim severely injured May 20
Tempe police are seeking a suspect involved in an aggravated assault that occurred in May at a Jack in the Box, where the victim susptained severe brain injuries.
Around 3 a.m. on May 20, the suspect physically assaulted the victim at the restaurant located at 721 S. Mill Ave. in downtown Tempe.
The suspect punched the victim in the face, causing the victim to fall backwards striking his head on the pavement. The victim suffered several skull fractures, as well as swelling and bleeding on the brain.
The suspect is described as a white male, early 20s, 5’8”, thin build, dark colored hair, and dark gray colored t-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers. The suspect was seen with a man described as white male, early 20s, 5’8”, thin build, “mop top” style hair, maroon colored
shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers.
