L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti has already announced he's diverting $150 million from a planned budget increase from the LAPD and putting into 'community programs.'
Yes, that's pandering. It gets better. LA Council President Nury Martinez proposed taking the $150 million dollars from the police. Turns out, she had private LAPD protection outside her home for months. See, pandering.
