A Tucson police officer is facing charges after having unlawful sexual conduct with a woman he was supposed to by investigating. Officer Richard Daniel is also charged with tampering with physical evidence.
Detectives are still investigating and more charges are expected to be filed. Daniel has been with the Tucson Police Department for three years and has been served with a notice to terminated and is now on leave without pay.
