AZ Supreme Court Justice Pelander Retiring

Justice John Pelander is stepping down from the Arizona Supreme Court.  The associate justice provided notice of his retirement effective March 1st to Governor Ducey.  Pelander has served on the state's high court for nine years.  

Governor Ducey will appoint a new justice from a list candidates selected by the appellate nominating committee.  It will be Ducey's fourth appointment to the seven member court.
