Governor Ducey's Top Aide To Resign

Governor Doug Ducey's chief of staff is resigning after nearly four years in the administration.  The Governor's office announced today that Kirk Adams will step down on December 14th.

In a statement, Adams said his decision to leave was not one he made lightly, calling it the "best job in the country." Adams has served as chief of staff since January, 2015.

He did not provide details of his future plans, only to say that he's "looking forward to new opportunities outside of state government."
