For the second time in less than a month, Border Patrol agents have apprehended a large group of illegal immigrants along the Arizona - Mexico border. Border Patrol says 163 illegals were caught near the Lukeville crossing, west of Tucson on Saturday.
The group included children as young as four months old. They were from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. Five of the adults had been deported before.
