(Phoenix, AZ) -- The Outlaw Dirty Money ballot initiative is dealt another setback. A judge has rejected arguments by organizers who claimed Secretary of State Michele Reagan illegally disqualified some signature petitions. Opponents had claimed some of the petition circulators were convicted felons. Numbers are still being tallied, but it looks as though the measure will be about eight-thousand signatures short.
