Chispa Arizona, the Sierra Club and the Moms Clean Air Force are asking school districts to use their VW Settlement funds on zero emission electric school buses. Governor Ducey has proposed two-thirds of a $52-million settlement go toward electric buses, but school districts will make the final call.
