Nintendo is fighting back against an Arizona man. Jacob Mathias lives in Gilbert and is accused of hosting two websites which the video game giant is calling among the most open and notorious online hubs for pirated video games.
Lawyers for Nintendo claim Mathias posted thousands of games online which users were able to download and play on regular digital devices such as a phone.
The lawyer for Mathias tells ABC 15 that they hope to have the multi-million-dollar lawsuit settled soon.
