A Surprise handyman is facing charges of second-degree murder. Twenty-six year old Robert Moore was working at a home near Citrus Road and Grand Avenue last Friday when he got into an argument with a resident of the home, Frank Pineda. Police say Moore shot Pineda and then called 911. He was working for Arrowhead Aire at the time.
