(Phoenix, AZ) All charges have been dropped against a man whose beating at the hands of Mesa police officers was caught on video. Robert Johnson was facing disorderly conduct and hindering prosecution charges following the May 23rd incident. His attorney, Benjamin Taylor, says he's still exploring all legal options. The investigation into whether or not the officers force was justified is still ongoing. Five officers have been suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
