Three Mesa Police Officers have been placed on administrative leave after video surfaces of a man being beaten by the officers. The approximately one-minute video was reportedly shot at a Mesa apartment complex. It shows officers throwing punches at the man, before wrestling him to the floor. Mesa Police Chief Ramon Batista says he didn't know anything about the incident until he saw the video, which he calls "powerful and alarming." An investigation is underway
