(Scottsdale, AZ) The city of Scottsdale has dropped charges against Arizona Cardinals rookie Christian Kirk. The Saguaro High School graduate was arrested after police say they saw him throwing rocks at cars outside the Phoenix Open in February. He had been charged with criminal damage and disorderly conduct. The wide receiver was a second round draft pick by the Cardinals.
