(Yuma, AZ)  --  An E. Coli outbreak linked to romaine lettuce grown in Yuma continues to spread.  The CDC says one person has died and 148 others have gotten sick in 29 states.  Eight cases have been reported in Arizona, one of them leading to a lawsuit against Red Lobster after a Valley woman claimed she got ill after eating at the Peoria restaurant.  The CDC has not released any new information about the Yuma area farms that may be connected to the contaminated lettuce or how it entered the food system.
