Closing arguments are expected today or tomorrow in the case of an Arizona border agent facing murder charges.
Lonnie Swartz shot through the border fence and killed a 16-year old who had been throwing rocks about five years ago.
The defense says Swartz was only doing his job protecting himself and his fellow agents when he opened fire. Prosecutors say Border Agents are highly trained and should only use deadly force as a last resort.
Swartz testified last week and said he heard rocks hitting the border fence near Nogales and thought he heard another agent saying he was hurt.
