More Difficult For Workers To File Claims

If you have a beef with your boss you may not get paid.  Some Arizona lawmakers want to get rid of a state law that protects workers from retaliation from their employer within 90 days of filing a complaint.

The Republican-controlled House of Representatives approved the proposal Wednesday behind a big push from House Speaker J.D. Mesnard.  He says the way the law is worded now it gives all the power to the employee and very little the employer.

The proposal is now on its way to the Senate.
