Arizona Senator John McCain is reportedly at his family ranch in Sedona, and will not be making the trip to Washington D.C. tonight. He's battling an aggressive form of brain cancer and recently was in the hospital due to some side effects from his treatment.
The Republican is still very active on Twitter calling Russian President Vladimir Putin a dictator yesterday.
