A Tempe man is facing charges for running what's called a "honey oil lab" in his condo.
The guy was arrested in late December after cops found more than 300 pounds of pot inside his place and 75 pounds of cannabis.
Investigators say the cannabis was being condensed into butane honey oil which is a highly dangerous and flammable material that can easily explode.
Officials had to evacuate dozens of folks who live nearby until they were able to get the 20 gallons of honey oil to a safe place.
