This month’s hero, Chief Warrant Officer 3 John Lewandowski, was nominated by his wife Donna. My husband, John, will retire this year with 21 years of service. He has deployed numerous times all over the world. He has been to places like Egypt, Australia, Thailand, the Philippines, South Korea and Iraq, just to name a few. For the past 5 years, my husband has commuted home on the weekends from his job in order for his family to stay in one place. Currently he is stationed at 29 Palms California as the Communications Directorate for the Marine Corps Communications Electronics School. He takes great pride in wearing the title of Marine. We are proud of him beyond words. Chief Warrant Officer 3 Lewandowski is a graduate of Arcadia High School in Scottsdale and is the proud father of 2 sons.
