Aaron Z.

My son joined the Air Force and after graduating from Flight school he was selected to become an Instructor Pilot. He taught for three years in Columbus Mississippi AFB and then requested and received an F-16. After one year of training at Luke AFB, he was transferred along with his wife Whitney and Boston terrier Tex to Misawa Japan for a three year tour. During his tour in Japan as an F-16 combat pilot, he completed his MBA. He was then sent to Iraq with his squadron on a combat tour. His Japan tour will end sometime during the summer and he has been approved to relocate to Whiteman AFB to begin training as a B-2 Aircraft Commander. There have only been 491 B-2 Aircraft Commanders trained to fly the B-2 and Captain AJ Zolna is joining a very elite group of United States Air Force Aircraft Commanders. Having AJ recognized on KFYI will prove to be a wonderful welcome home award for all of his hard and dedicated efforts in serving and protecting America.

Signed,
Gabor Zolna
