You are invited to attend the “Give a Child a Chance” Inaugural Casino Night with New York Flair benefiting Defenders of Children on Friday, November 6, 2009 from 6pm until 11pm. This elaborate event will be held at the Via Roma Ristorante located in the beautiful and renovated San Carlos Hotel, 202 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona. Will the Lady Ghost of the San Carlos Hotel appear on this night? Only those who attend will know!

Defenders of Children is an Arizona nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization staffed by a team of professional child advocates with 60 years combined experience who provide casework and legal services to child victims of abuse and their protective families, post CPS or court involvement. The agency also provides educational outreach to adults and professionals most likely to assure that child abuse will be prevented or that all child abuse reports receive appropriate evaluation and support in order to terminate the victims’ situations. They strive to effect positive change in public policy and to eliminate the intergenerational cycle of abuse. Their services are free.
